Franklin Global is designed as a coherent developmental model. Learning moves through a clear architecture of Preparation, Practice, Participation, Performance, and Pursuit. Each part of the experience supports the next.

This means learners do more than complete assignments. They build foundations, apply knowledge in meaningful contexts, grow in relationships with others, demonstrate visible capability, and move toward future pathways with direction.

At Franklin Global, discovery is how learning becomes meaningful. Each subject is approached as a toolkit for inquiry, helping learners examine mystery, engage discontinuity, and derive meaning from what was previously unknown.

That is why the model places so much emphasis on Interpretation, Inquiry, Investigation, Innovation, and Integration as modes of thought. Learners are asked to receive information, work with it, question it, and use it in ways that build understanding and capability.

Future readiness is built into the architecture of learning itself. As learners move through the 5P cycle (Preparation, Practice, Participation, Performance, and Pursuit), their growth becomes visible through their habits, capabilities, contributions, and demonstrations.

This means college, career, venture, and leadership pathways emerge organically. They are part of the same journey that is fueling learners academically and helping shape the story of who they are becoming.
